The tour went seamlessly. All airport pickups and travel were in large modern minivans. The guides at each of our destinations were fabulous. Communication before and during the tour was excellent. Overall I couldn’t rate them highly enough and thoroughly recommend.

Everything was good, except Borjomi City tour. Especially for city tour our iternary was changed without letting us know, and we were asked to pay extra if we want to cover places included in our iternary. We ahould be informed prior if any changes so we have palnned things better.

We wont recommend the agency to any other friend of ours. We literally had to fight with the agency to get our bookings done in hotels although it was very well communicated to them where we are going to stay at the very beginning of the trip planning. Anyways, we will plan our next international trip on our own or go with other online platform.
